First International Yoga Day

VENUE : Sprots Complex, Manjalpur,Vadodara.
The first international yoga day was celebrated on 21 st June 2015. All the school in the proximity of Manjalpur gathered at the Sports Complex at. 6.30 A.M. At the allotted space for each school, respective students & teachers gathered with great enthusiasm to be a part of the yoga day.
Following the instruction given by yoga guru from Patanjali yoga centre ,it began with a prayer followed by warm up exercise like neck rotation , shoulder , hip & knee rotation.
